Plenty of natural light. Mature landscaping throughout the complex. Great pool and clubhouse area with laundry facility. The big plus is proximity to shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes to the beach. The cherry on top is the golf course across the street. No surprise. This is Florida.”

“I knew I was home from the moment I drove into this complex. It's peaceful and quiet and covered in trees!! Wilson, Leah, and Brooke in the leasing office are always more than willing and happy to help. They were very accommodating on my move-in date when I was running two hours behind schedule. Rental prices are reasonable and great. I'm definitely getting my money's worth. I've been here less than a month but management and maintenance continues to be very helpful when any issues arise. The neighbors are amazing--very kind and welcoming. There is a great sense of community and always someone to ask you about your day. Best of all, when you're home, you hear no noise! This is great coming from an apartment complex where I could hear people arguing, people's TV at full volume, and people stomping in their apartments. I haven't been this at peace in years! The community amenities are great. There are always refreshments and pastries in the leasing office. The air-conditioned laundry room is open 24/7 so you don't have to worry about people fighting for a machine. The pool area is great and relaxing; it's next to a small lake area which adds a beach-feel to lounge time. The gym has several cardio machines and free weights. Most of the weight machines are broken but management has said that they will have all new gym equipment by the end of the summer. I can't wait!! However, in the mean time, I make due with what's available in the gym and I still get a great workout. I am finally home and I'm not going anywhere else any time soon.”

“Ive been in my new home at waverly place for about three weeks now. I can say the staff is amazing the property manager is amazingly awesome and always on top of things. Maintence for any issues ive had have made sure it was fixed with in a timely manner. Couldnt ask for a better front office the community GREAT and quite..love Waverly and home style feel”
